All of our goods are made to order. Please allow up to one week for production.

Orders are shipped via a variety of select carriers with a tracking number. Shipping within North America normally takes 2-8 business days to arrive, although we cannot guarantee this time frame.

Damaged Items

We always strive for 100% satisfaction with our goods, however damages do occur sometimes. We gladly accept returns that have been damaged during shipping. Please connect with us at info@rekindleyourlife.ca immediately and we will correct the problem. If you have damaged products, please keep packaging material and send us photos and a description of what needs to be replaced and we will send you a replacement right away. Any items that have been damaged through use and general wear and tear will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will only accept returns in showroom condition within 30 days.

All shipping fees related to a return that is beyond manufacturer's defect will be the recipient's responsibility.

All custom orders are final sale. This includes custom sizes, custom material, custom engraving, custom details, or complete custom products.
