All of our goods are handcrafted when ordered or made in small batches and require time to fabricate. Please allow up to one week for production.

We stand behind everything we do. Our quality goods are designed to last a lifetime and if one of our products fail due to material defects or our workmanship we will replace it FREE OF CHARGE. Please connect with us right away.
We always strive for 100% satisfaction with our goods, however damages do occur sometimes. We gladly accept returns that have been damaged during shipping. Please connect with us at email@example.com immediately and we will correct the problem. If you have damaged products, please keep packaging material and send us photos and a description of what needs to be replaced and we will send you a replacement right away. Any items that have been damaged through use and general wear and tear will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will only accept returns in showroom condition within 30 days.
All shipping fees related to a return that is beyond manufacturer's defect will be the recipient's responsibility.
All custom orders are final sale. This includes custom sizes, custom material, custom engraving, custom details, or complete custom products.
