We love it for its attention to balance, creamy texture, and toffee-like sweetness. Fun fact about Bottleneck: The name was inspired by the heroic rescue of a baby raccoon behind our Dundas cafe.

Damaged Items

We always strive for 100% satisfaction with our goods, however damages do occur sometimes. We gladly accept returns that have been damaged during shipping. Please connect with us at info@rekindleyourlife.ca immediately and we will correct the problem. If you have damaged products, please keep packaging material and send us photos and a description of what needs to be replaced and we will send you a replacement right away. Any items that have been damaged through use and general wear and tear will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will only accept returns in showroom condition within 5 days.

All shipping fees related to a return that is beyond manufacturer's defect will be the recipient's responsibility.
